The Inn at the Terraces - Chico
Commercial Project
- This was a brand new 3 story 80,000 square foot senior living facility with 80 units.
- Installed baseboard, milled out wood rest rails for corridors & installed. Design work, milled & installed trim for entry doors to suites.
- Stair skirts, wall caps in stair wells, helped design & install decorative trim in the library, game room and theater.
- Installed stain grade trim in lobby areas and tray ceilings.
Sierra Central Credit Union - Chico
Commercial Project
- Installed decorative ceiling woodwork on the interior vaulted ceiling and also on the vaulted exterior entry ceiling.
- The product was straight grain Hemlock 3/4" x 6" tongue and groove. Also installed were fake beams at both ends of lobby area.
- The professional installation of natural wood on the interior ceiling of the building gave a sense of elegance, natural beauty, and relaxation to everyone who entered.
Deco Flats at Meriam Park - Chico
Commercial Project
- Installed decorative trim on the walls of the Deco Flats luxury units adding dimension, character, and beauty.
- Worked with general contractor in making sure that their design for the decorative trim was installed to meet the criteria of the architect and vision of the decorators in a professional manner.
- We always provide the professionalism needed to integrate the best relationships between the owners, designers, and finish carpenters.
